We will take care of all the work when it comes to switching to our company from another property management company. 

We commit to finding a quality tenant for your home in 21 days, or the first two months of property management fees are FREE. 

*Property must qualify using the Legacy Management Services Qualifications Matrix.

If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work upfront and you don't begin paying us until you get a qualified tenant and they move into your property. 

*Setup and management fees are accrued during this period.
